2013 Membership Information

At Rustic Hills Country Club we make membership easy, affordable and something that anyone can achieve. We offer a Social Membership and Senior Social Membership. After you become a social member you then may “create your own package” based on your family’s needs and interests. You may choose to add a summer golf pass and/or a pool pass. All members are responsible for a monthly food and beverage minimum (per household), this is accumulated from purchases at the Fireside Restaurant, bar, pro shop and social events. Initial membership is a one-year commitment, after that the social dues and food minimum roll over month to month. Every spring members are required to purchase their pool and/or golf pass for that year.

Legacy Membership: Retired in 2012, those members that have this membership the same privileges apply. (No green fees, use of pool and all club amenities listed under Social Membership.  Responsible to pay for cart fee and pool pass). Monthly dues remain $50.

Referral Awards Program:  Members will receive a Bonus Referral Reward for each colleague or friend/family who joins.  ($100 cash back certificate to be redeemed at the club, or two months dues free). 

Golf Package:  Members may purchase an unlimited green fees golf pass.  If purchased by April 1 then the pass includes a free cart rental for the year.  If the pass is purchased after April 1 then the player will be charged normal cart rental fee rates.

Pool Package:  The heated pool, splash zone, kiddy pool, and outdoor bar are exclusive to members only.  The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Monday – Friday hours are 11:00am – 7:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday are 10:00am – 7:00pm. 

Pool Guest Fee & Pass: The pool guest fee at the pool gate is $7.00 per person and is charged to the members account by the members signing the pool guest book. A member may purchase a pool guest pass for $100/ 20 punch or $5.00 per guest.

Pool Nanny/Babysitter Pass:  Members may complete a registration form so their nanny/babysitter has access to the pool with member’s children during the day and access to charging privileges if approved.

Pool Grandparents Pass:  Members who have grandchildren under the age 18 may bring their grandchildren to the pool without paying the visitor guest fee.  Adult guests would pay the visitor guest fee.

HDCP/Ghin System:  Members may record their score online in the pro shop and be connected with all other courses that capture scores the same way.  You may build your handicap this way when playing at others courses. Golf league members already have access to this tool as part of their league dues. 

Golf Cart Storage Fee:  Members who own their own cart may store it on club property for $15 per month.  Note:  On occasion the club may request permission to borrow your cart in which case the monthly cart fee would be waived for that month.

Processing Fee:  This is a one-time charge for all new members to cover office expenses, generate membership card, booklet, welcome package, off-set credit card charges, etc.

North Coast Society Membership:  Members may purchase an additional $50 monthly membership for access to top area courses, restaurants, concert tickets, and clubs.  Visit NorthCoastSociety.com for full list of amenities.
